We sold this 2023 Volkswagen Polo Automatic over a year ago with a 6-month essential warranty. The customer was fully informed at the time of sale that the car was a Category S, which had been professionally repaired and was in excellent condition.The customer part-exchanged their own vehicle, which was around 13 years old, Category D, and had 9 previous owners. We accepted this car as part exchange and completed the deal fairly and transparently.Before the sale, the customer inspected and test-drove the Polo thoroughly and was completely satisfied before making the purchase. If any issue had arisen during the 6-month warranty period, we would have been more than happy to inspect and resolve it promptly. However, after more than 12 months of use, any issue that develops is outside of our warranty responsibility.It’s also disappointing to see that the customer has left a negative review in an unfair and inappropriate manner, without contacting us first regarding any concerns. At Trusty Motors Ltd., we always strive to provide our customers with honest, professional, and respectful service, and we expect the same level of fairness in return.I recently purchased a car from Trusty Motors Ltd, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Maj sold me a car with a faulty gearbox, faulty clutch and the wiring to the fog lights has been cut and not repaired. When asked he said the car was "sold as seen" and referred me to the warranty which is worthless and did not pay out Any google search of the warranty company he offers shows that it is not a fit for purpose policy. Total cost to fix all £2000.
