My wife brought her Kia in trusty motor car sales and it was a great experience from start to finish. Initially we wanted to see a different car, but it sold earlier on in the day. Maj was extremely helpful over the phone and he took the time to send us a video of a similar car that just became available. As the car had just come in, it had not been prepared. The car also needed servicing and MOT'ing which we were assured would all be taken care of by the garage. Within a week all the work had been completed to a very high standard, the car was serviced, MOT'd and had been fully detailed inside and out. Maj took us through the paper work and gave us a very good price for part exchange. The process was very smooth and we are very pleased with the car. Really can recommend Maj at trusty motor enough and I will definitely be going straight to them when the time comes to change my car.Thank you Maj and it was nice meeting you

Worst car buying experience of my life. Rang and arranged to see the car then checked AutoTrader before leaving to find the price had increased. Decided to go anyway even though it was over an hour away.. Got there, engine was warm and when I asked questions about it he got VERY aggressive and rude with me to the extent my partner felt threatened. He slammed the bonnet and told me I was asking too many questions. Assume something was wrong with the car and he was trying to dupe me. Has since increased the price even more???AVOID

This review is pure fiction from start to finish. We have no customer name, no appointment record, and absolutely no details about which car this person supposedly came to see. Why? Because it never happened. The entire story reads like someone trying their best to sound convincing without having any real facts. Let’s be brutally clear: – No name = no customer. – No car mentioned = no visit. – No record = no credibility. We do not warm up engines to “hide” problems — our cars speak for themselves. We do not shout at customers, slam bonnets, or “threaten” anyone. That behaviour doesn’t exist in our business, and none of our thousands of real customers have ever experienced anything remotely close to what’s described here. What DOES happen sometimes is this: A bored keyboard warrior, a mistaken reviewer who visited a completely different garage, or someone with an agenda tries to post a dramatic story to get attention. Meanwhile, our genuine customers, with real names and real purchases, consistently rate us 5 stars and praise our professionalism. Anyone is welcome to visit us and see firsthand how far this made-up review is from reality.
