He had new tyres and serviced and MOT the car, overall he went above and beyond to ensure the car was at its best before purchase. Bullet pointing all my issues as there’s so many.-Runs away from the truth-Gets aggressive when confronted-Doesn’t tell you any problems with the car before coming to view from far or purchasing-had an outstanding DVLA penalty and I had to pay!-brings you to his family home and traps you to make out like he and his wife are a good team-BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE-won’t even give a chance to explain anything to himDOESNT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR HIS MISTAKES. Horrible family run business! Stay away unless you don’t mind spending more money after purchasing a car from these fools

This review contains several inaccurate statements that need clarification. The customer purchased the vehicle through a finance company, which independently carried out all standard checks, including HPI, MOT status, mileage, recalls, and overall compliance. The finance company only releases payment once every requirement is fully approved, confirming the vehicle was in acceptable condition at the time of sale. On the day of collection, the customer attended with her young son and father. Her son required the use of the toilet, and as a courtesy, I invited them inside and offered refreshments. During the handover, I clearly explained that once DVLA processed the keeper change, the customer would receive a confirmation email and it would be her legal responsibility to tax the vehicle before driving. Four months later, the customer contacted me stating she had received a DVLA penalty for not taxing the vehicle. DVLA penalties are issued directly to the new registered keeper, not to dealerships, and no seller is responsible for paying such penalties. This issue resulted solely from the vehicle not being taxed after collection. Claims in the review regarding undisclosed problems, aggression, penalties on the vehicle, or any inappropriate behaviour are entirely false. The vehicle was fully approved by the finance company, and the handover was carried out professionally. This situation is simply a misunderstanding of DVLA requirements, not a fault of the dealership. 15:13

We had a great experience purchasing our Audi Q3 from Maji. We were slightly sceptical when looking to purchase through a private seller but we’re put at ease straight away. He was extremely professional and made sure we were fully satisfied. Would highly recommend if looking to buy a second hand car!
