Nice enough chap but the car I viewed was described as flawless (and priced as such) and on test drive obviously the power steering had completely failed.

Only giving 2 star because maj was helping before I went to view the polo white(2014) but when I went to view it, alot of misinformation about the car. Good thing I took my mechanic with me, he spotted alot of faults on the car too.

This review is full of false statements, and we are happy to set the record straight with the actual events — not the dramatic version written here. This customer came to view a 2014 white Volkswagen Polo after making an appointment. She did not come alone — she arrived with four other people, all giving different mechanical opinions and trying to negotiate the price down. That is perfectly fine, but let’s not pretend this was a simple viewing. It was effectively five people inspecting one car and trying to push for a discount we never agreed to. She also asked to view a 2015 blue Polo, which had nothing to do with her appointment. We clearly told her it was already in the finance approval process and sold. Facts upset her, and that’s when her attitude changed. After her team of “four mechanics” had finished checking the car and attempting to lower the price, she told us she needed time to think and would let us know if she was interested. She left without buying — politely, at the time. Now let’s address her claims: – “Runs away from the truth” → We told her everything truthfully, including the status of the second car that was already sold. – “Gets aggressive” → No aggression from our side. Five people debating loudly among themselves, giving different opinions, and trying to force a cheaper price doesn’t make us “aggressive.” – “Didn’t tell any problems” → There were no hidden issues. All five of them spent plenty of time inspecting the car from top to bottom. – “Outstanding DVLA penalty” → A complete falsehood. We do not sell cars with outstanding penalties — never have, never will. – “Brought us to his family home” → Another made-up claim. We operate from our business premises, not from homes. This is a baseless attempt to make the review sound dramatic. – “Bad customer service” / “fools” → Translation: We didn’t accept the low offer they tried forcing after showing up with a whole inspection squad. Everything in this review is a reaction to one simple truth: We refused to drop the price, and she did not like that. We have thousands of happy customers, a 5 - star rating, and a reputation built on honesty and professionalism — not on entertaining false reviews from people who didn’t even purchase a car. This review belongs exactly where it came from: frustration, not facts.
